Expert Voiture is committed to protecting users' privacy on expertvoiture.ma and processing personal data in compliance with Moroccan law n° 09-08 on personal data protection, under CNDP supervision.

- Contact form: name, phone, email, city, vehicle make and model, message.
- Browsing: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration (via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).
- Phone calls and WhatsApp: number and content needed for booking.
3. Purposes
- Process inspection requests and schedule appointments.
- Produce inspection reports and invoicing.
- Measure site audience and improve content.
- Deliver personalized ads via Google Ads and Meta Pixel.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on contract performance, consent (marketing cookies) and legitimate interest (anonymized audience measurement).
5. Recipients
Data is intended for Expert Voiture and its technical processors including hosting, Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc. and Tally.
6. Transfers outside Morocco
Some processors (Google, Meta, Tally) process data outside Morocco, mainly in the EU and USA, based on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Retention period
- Unconverted contact requests: 12 months.
- Client files (reports, invoices): 10 years.
- Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum.
