Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the vehicle inspection and automotive expertise services offered by Expert Voiture (the "Provider") to any individual or legal entity that has booked a service (the "Client") via expertvoiture.ma, by phone or WhatsApp.

The Provider offers used vehicle inspections including:

• a visual and technical check based on a 250-point checklist;
• a road test when conditions allow;
• delivery of a detailed digital report within 48 hours.

The inspection is non-destructive: no dismantling is performed.

Current rates are shown on the website and start at 350 MAD. They vary by service area and vehicle type. The quote confirmed by email or WhatsApp is binding.

Any request becomes binding once the Provider confirms the appointment. The Client agrees to provide an accurate address and ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed date and time.

Any cancellation by the Client must be notified at least 24 hours before the appointment. After that, travel costs incurred may be invoiced.

The report delivered is a technical opinion at the time of inspection. It is neither a mechanical warranty nor a judicial expertise. The Provider cannot be held liable for later defects not detectable visually at inspection time.

Total liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the service concerned.

Processing of the Client's personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Moroccan law n° 09-08.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
